3. Appointment Scheduling & Drop-off

- Labor Warranty: We offer a 12-month or 12,000-mile labor warranty on most services performed, whichever comes first.
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or unauthorized repairs done by another service provider.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information regarding the make, model, year, and issues related to the vehicle.
- Vehicle Pickup: Customers are required to pick up their vehicles in a timely manner after repairs have been completed. A storage fee of $25 per day will apply to vehicles left at the shop for more than 3 days after repair completion.
8. Safety & Cleanliness
- Vehicle Safety: We take all necessary precautions to ensure your vehicle is handled safely. However, we are not responsible for personal items left in your vehicle.
- Shop Cleanliness: We maintain a clean and safe work environment. Customers are welcome to observe their vehicle's repair process but must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions from our technicians.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time if needed.
10. Customer Complaints & Disputes
At Oasis Auto Repair, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of service. We will address concerns as quickly as possible, and if necessary, a resolution will be offered, including a potential rework of the repair at no additional charge (within the warranty period).
